Le (grand) retour de Parliament, signature de la P-funk mob sur le label Casablanca (distribué ici par Polygram), prévu pour les cinq chanteurs de Parliament plus Garry Shider. Les chansons sont plus orientées radio, avec plus de cuivres et de mélodies, et moins de guitare. Du P-funk plus commercial, donc, mais qui reste bien extra-terrestre en comparaison avec ce qui se fait sur le reste de la planète. "I just got back (from the fantasy, ahead of our time in the four lands of Ellet)" contient le meilleur solo de sifflet que je connaisse.
