Pas besoin de savoir grand-chose sur ce disque pour le conseiller : c'est ce qu'on a trouvé qui se rapproche le plus, dans le bon sens du terme, d'un live de Phish. Une bonne surprise de plus à commander sur le homegrown music network, donc... À priori, c'était mal barré : les Juggling Suns se sont formés à partir de deux anciens membres du groupe Solar Circus : Mark Diomede (le guitariste) et Kevin Kopack (le bassiste). Et Solar Circus, de ce que nous avons entendu, c'était vraiment pas top, dans le genre sous-Grateful Dead cover band... Mais une nouvelle alchimie électrique et plutôt spatio-groovesque s'est opérée avec l'arrivée de Casey LaPerle-Solan??? (batterie), Tank Eveleigh (guitare rythmique) et Gus Vigo (claviers). Ce live de 1997 n'est jamais arrivé jusqu'en France, c'est pourquoi nous vous le conseillons que maintenant (depuis que nous l'avons commandé sur le web). Les morceaux, longs, sont abreuvés de jams originales, qui ne ressemblent ni à du Dead ni à du Phish, mais tout-à-fait dans l'esprit. Finalement le sticker a bien sa place sur le livret : 'WARNING : This music may be mind-expanding'.
